Sounds Like Someone Walking On Roof

It actually sounds like the roof could rip off the house.

I am not a roof expert but it is your typical pitched roof. Right now it is 8 degrees f outside. It comes from all around the room. Some of them almost sounds like a person going back and forth the roof.

We haven t slept in this house yet but it sounds like this noise appears usually in the morning when sun starts to warm up the roof and after the sun goes down and roof cools off. Its not all in one area. The ones that sound like someone is walking just above you. Most of the noises seem to be coming from the top of the walls.

I used to hear them a lot as a child. There are loud banging noises coming from our attic roof. Squirrels doesn t really make too much sounds but raccoons possums or rats makes a pretty big sound when they move. One that can make people lose themselves and distort reality.

Mice make scratching sounds squirrels sound like normal human footsteps magpies make an unearthly racket. I m afraid it s going to collapse because when the wind blows it makes a scary popping noise. I need your opinion about my roof. For most people though there is that one crippling and heart stopping phobia that can leave them paralyzed.

As i sit here in bed trying to get some sleep i cannot. Sheetal i did not hear any voices just footsteps walking and some running on the roof. But when i was going around the house during the first event i had this feeling like whatever it was could see me or knew what i was doing. Elnoraemily there is virtually no humidity here. It literally sounds like someone punching sheetrock. This noise is so bad because it sounds like someone is walking on the roof.
